Decorators required in Oxford!
Job Details:
We are assembling a team of decorators to take on a new build project just outside of Oxford, UK. This is a small multi unit, new build development with a strict timescale.
Each unit will be freshly plastered and require full interior decoration from mist coat to final gloss.
This site is going to be broken down into 4 manageable projects each on price work - please see details below.
Materials will be provided alongside a detailed job sheet (tools will not be provided).

| Plot #3 | 1 x 3 bed house | Full internal decoration, walls, ceiling, woodwork | £2500 |
| Plot #4 | 1 x 3 bed house | Full internal decoration, walls, ceiling, woodwork | £2500 |
A high quality finish is expected throughout and the following processes followed.
Walls and ceilings:
- Fill and make good fresh plaster throughout
- 1 x mist coat
- 2 x white on ceilings, 2 x colour on walls
Woodwork:
- Fill, caulk and de-knot/knotting treatment to all new woodwork - Skirting, doors and frames, spindles (Windows are pre finished).
- 1 x prime
- 1 x undercoat
- Topcoat to finish
